Volunteer Information
We love our Lenz Volunteers!
A volunteer form needs to be completed each school year. Please fill out this form and turn it into the front office. Please bring in your photo I.D. for the office staff to make a copy.
If you would like to attend an overnight or out of state field trip, you will need to be fingerprinted at your expense. Fingerprint approval is good for 1 year.
We will let you know as soon as you have been approved and can start volunteering in the classroom!
